Q AND A

Q.  What are the shop hours?

A.  We are open seven days a week.

Monday-Saturday 12-10PM

Sundays 12-6PM

 Q.  Do you do piercings?

A.  No, we only specialize in tattoos.

Q. Can I get a tattoo if I am underage and I have my parent’s permission?

A.. No. In the city of Malden you must be 18 years of age and have proper (government issued) identification to get a tattoo.

Q. Do you accept walk-ins?

A. Yes, we accept walk-in appointments every day and we do our best to accommodate all requests.

We kindly ask that you call ahead to check on our artist’s availability, as we do not offer a waiting area at this time.

 Q.  Can I book an appointment over the phone?

A. There are a couple of ways to book an appointment.

  • Give us a call if you have a specific tattooer in mind already to check their availability.

  • Feel free to directly reach out to one of our tattooers via email or DM through Instagram to check their availability.

Q. How do I secure an appointment at a later date?

A. We require a deposit to hold the spot in the calendar. The deposit will be determined by the tattooer and how many hours the appointment will need to be booked for.

The deposit simply holds the spot in the calendar for you and comes off the final price of the tattoo the day of the appointment.

Q. How do I get a price estimate?

A. We cannot give price estimates over the phone. There are many variables that go into pricing a tattoo (size, amount of detail, location on the body, black and grey or color, how long will it take, etc. that ultimately all factor into pricing tattoos.
We also need to consider how much drawing and research will need to be done for the tattoo.

The best way to get a price quote is to book a free consultation with the tattooist you would like to work with or directly reach out to a tattooer via email or DM.

For any additional contact information we always welcome you to give the shop a call.

Q. What is the wait time for an appointment?

A. Different tattooers have different wait times. If you would like to know a certain tattooer's wait, please call the shop. We would be glad to let you know his/her schedule.

Q. Is my deposit refundable?

A. No. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit holds your appointment time and comes off of the price of the final session of your tattoo. It also goes toward any research and drawing for your tattoo. If you absolutely need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice in order for you to move your deposit to a new appointment date. We can reschedule your appointment one time. After that, you forfeit your deposit and will need a new one to make another appointment. This may seem a little harsh, but getting a tattoo is a time-consuming process (especially for a larger tattoo). We simply want to make sure you are fully committed before we spend time on research and drawing for your tattoo.
